Meet our Laudato Si' team!

Each class chose their own Laudato Si' team members; people who they thought would be positive role models and work tirelessly to help to care for our common home.

The Big Litter Pick!

During one of our meetings, children were thinking about what we could do to help to care for our common world, just as Pope Francis asked us to.

We had so many ideas!

Turning off the lights and whiteboards when not in use, recycling paper and plastic and organising a big litter pick!

Children made their own posters and invited parents and carers to come along and help us to clear the front of the school and the school grounds and it was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who came along to support us... Watch out for the next event!

Laudato Si' assembly to celebrate the Jubilee year - 'Pilgrims of Hope'

The Laudato Si' group delivered a wonderful assembly to the rest of the school. We celebrated the jubilee year - the year of hope.

We reflected on what we had achieved during this year and how we can continue this work as we move forward.
